The Burlington High School Music Boosters Association will host its second annual fall fundraising event, A Gala Benefit Concert and Silent Auction, A Magic Music Night, on Saturday, November 7, 2009, at 7:30 pm in the Fogelberg Auditorium of Burlington High School. Featuring all-time favorites from Disney productions, the concert will showcase the students of the BHS Marching Band and staff from Burlington Public Schools.
A special highlight of the evening will be the Silent Auction with bidding taking place prior to the concert and during the gala dessert reception at intermission. Silent Auction items include New England Patriots tickets, theatre tickets, gift certificates for dining, and specialty themed baskets. Burlington Pride merchandise will also be available for purchase.
General admission tickets for A Gala Benefit Concert and Silent Auction, A Magic Music Night, are $15 for adults and $10 for senior citizens and students. All proceeds from this event will benefit the BHS Marching Band’s trip to perform in the Magic Kingdom at Disney World during spring break 2010. Tickets are available through band members (to credit their individual Disney account), by phone at 781-A-FUN-TIC and at the door. Doors open at 7:00 pm. Fogelberg Auditorium is handicapped accessible.
