Ides of March Concert

Historically, the Ides of March, marked the assassination of Julius Caesar in 44 BC, says Wikipedia. A soothsayer apparently warned Caesar to "beware the ides." In the Roman calendar, the Ides marked the middle of month and was determined by the first full moon.  In addition, the Ides of March was the festival of Anna Perenna, a goddess of the year. The day was celebrated by common people with picnics and revelry.
